Rfund & Exchange Policy

To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have an Easy Refund & Exchange policy, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewellery from SMJ Jewellers Should you have any problem with the jewellery piece, you can choose to return it back for exchange within the policy time frame. Below mentioned conditions are applicable for refund.

For Showroom products (Ships Faster), easy return for exchange policy timeline is 7 days from the date of delivery and for all other orders policy time frame is of 15 days from date of delivery.

Gold Jewellery – 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe, this facility can be availed only one time.

Silver Jewellery – 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within policy timeframe, this facility can be availed only one time.

This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like hallmark certificate & original invoice.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

1. Packages lost in transit. 2. In case we discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you. 3. Refunds will be made in customers online wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address. 2. Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address. 3. After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies 4. Package refused by the recipient. 5. Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase. 6. Products returned in a used or damaged condition. 7. If the Jewellery is not faulty or damaged. 8. Minor color and design variations. Note : There may be some variation from the photographs on our website.

Refund will be make after 2-3 working days after we received courier package at our premises and complete quality check.

To initiate return, send us an email to orders@smjbishangarh.in, we will share packing instructions to follow and handover the same to courier person. The whole reverse pick up procedure would take at least 7-10 working days. Note down the return tracking number.
